1. What does General Admission include?
General Admission tickets grant you access to our museum for your specified 60-minute self-guided session. Ticket sales are capped so that it won’t be crowded per session. There are 16 “scenes” with seemingly endless photo ops, which are updated seasonally to bring you fresh new content.
2. Who Needs A Ticket To Enter?
Everyone over the age of 3 entering Poze The Selfie Experience is required to have a ticket. Anyone ages 11 and under will not be permitted to enter unless accompanied by a ticket holder over the age of 18. We do NOT have a waiting room/area for non-ticket holders - this includes non-ticketed parents. Anyone without a ticket will not be able to remain in the building during the session. We do not offer refunds, so please be sure to purchase tickets for EACH member of your party in advance.
3. What Is Your Refund Policy?
We are not able to offer refunds on our tickets as we operate on a VERY limited capacity. If the need arises, you may CONTACT US to reschedule for a different date and/or time at no additional charge.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, apple pay and paypal. Sorry, we are cashless, all purchases are completed online via www.pozemd.com
5. What Can I Bring?
All you need is your phone or camera + good vibes! You will be taking lots of awesome pictures, so we recommend you leave bulky stuff in your car. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE PERMITED IN THE MUSEUM. If you need more space for props, lights, light stands, or plan to change outfits more than once, please CONTACT US to book a private rental/session. If you are unsure about a particular prop or policy, please CONTACT US for clarification prior to purchasing your tickets - as they are non-refundable.
6. Can I Bring a Change of Clothes?
We do have a dressing room available at first come first serve . During general admission, you are limited to 1 outfit change . If you need to change more than that, please CONTACT US to book a private rental. Please note, access to the dressing room is not guaranteed during general admission.
7. When Should I Arrive For My Session?
In order to make sure that our staff has enough time to properly clean and disinfect between sessions, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before the time listed on your ticket. For the same reason, sessions must end promptly [60 minutes after the scheduled start time] and can not be extended.
9. Are Children Free?
Children ages 3 and under are free with a paid adult.
10. Can I Plan A Private Event Or Photoshoot At Poze The Selfie Experience?
We’d love to host your next birthday, bachelorette, office or graduation party at Poze The Selfie Experience. Please CONTACT US to start planning your best event ever. Our facility is perfect for a photo shoot or music video shoot. Please CONTACT US to book your private session.
